You're not behind on curriculum — you're behind on experience.

Our programming is thoughtfully aligned with the Virginia Standards of Learning in Living Systems and Processes for Kindergarten through 3rd grade (K.5–K.7, 1.4–1.5, 2.4–2.5, 3.4–3.5). Every visit rotates students through three lesson stations led by our farm educators.

Three rotations, one unforgettable day.

Our Promise

The life science promise

At The Red Barn Farm, we promise every child an unforgettable hands-on science experience. Students won’t simply read about life science—they’ll live it. They’ll explore animal habitats, discover the life cycles of plants and animals, classify living things, observe God’s creation up close, and be asked questions that spark curiosity.

Welcoming preschools, elementary schools, homeschool groups, co-ops, and field trips of all kinds.
