Red Barn Farm, LLC Summer Camp
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all children enrolled in Red Barn Farm, LLC Summer Camp located at [Location]. By registering your child, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following:
1. Registration & Payment
1.1. A completed registration form and full payment are required to secure a camper’s spot.
1.2. Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed until payment is received.
1.3. Red Barn Farm, LLC reserves the right to close registration once capacity is reached.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Absolutely no refunds will be issued after two (2) weeks from the date of payment.
2.2. Within the first two (2) weeks from the date of payment, refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of Red Barn Farm, LLC and may be subject to an administrative fee of $25.
2.3. After the two-week window has passed, all payments are final, regardless of changes in family schedule, travel, illness, or change of mind.
3. Transfers & Date Changes
3.1. Transfers are permitted.
A parent/guardian may transfer their paid camp spot to another child, provided:
The new camper meets all age and participation requirements, and
The transfer is approved by Red Barn Farm, LLC in writing (email is sufficient).
3.2. Date changes (switching weeks/sessions)
Families may request to move their child from one camp week/session to another, subject to availability, for a $25 date-change fee per transfer.
Date change requests must be submitted in writing (email or form) no later than 7 days before the originally scheduled camp start date.
If the requested session is full, Red Barn Farm, LLC is not obligated to accommodate the change.
3.3. Transfers and date changes do not reset or extend the refund window. The original payment date still governs the no-refund policy.
4. Camp Cancellation by Red Barn Farm, LLC
4.1. Red Barn Farm, LLC reserves the right to cancel a camp week or session due to:
Low enrollment
Facility issues
Severe weather or emergency conditions
Any other circumstances beyond our control
4.2. In the event Red Barn Farm, LLC cancels a session, families will be offered one of the following options:
A transfer to another available week/session (no date-change fee), or
A credit toward a future camp or program, or
A refund, if determined appropriate by Red Barn Farm, LLC.
5. Attendance & Early Departure
5.1. No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be provided for:
Missed days
Late arrivals or early departures
Absences due to illness, schedule conflicts, vacations, or other personal reasons
5.2. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child’s timely arrival and pickup according to the camp’s daily schedule.
6. Behavior & Dismissal
6.1. Campers are expected to follow staff instructions, respect other children, animals, and property, and uphold the values and rules of Red Barn Farm, LLC.
6.2. Red Barn Farm, LLC reserves the right to dismiss a camper whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or consistently non-compliant, at the discretion of camp leadership.
6.3. In the event of dismissal for behavior, no refund or credit will be issued.
7. Health, Safety & Medical Authorization
7.1. Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical, behavioral, or allergy information on the registration form.
7.2. If a child is ill (fever, vomiting, contagious condition, etc.), they should not attend camp. Red Barn Farm, LLC reserves the right to send a sick child home.
7.3. By registering, you authorize Red Barn Farm, LLC staff to:
Provide basic first aid, and
Seek emergency medical treatment if necessary, including transport by EMS, if a parent/guardian cannot be reached.
7.4. All medications must be provided in original containers with clear instructions and must be given to camp staff by an adult.
8. Photography & Media
8.1. By enrolling your child, you grant permission for Red Barn Farm, LLC to photograph or video record your child during camp activities and to use these images for camp-related marketing, social media, and promotional materials, without compensation.
8.2. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, you must notify Red Barn Farm, LLC in writing prior to the start of camp.
9. Liability & Assumption of Risk
9.1. Parents/guardians understand that participation in camp activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to outdoor play, interaction with animals, physical activity, and use of play equipment.
9.2. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to hold Red Barn Farm, LLC, its staff, and property owners harmless from claims arising from ordinary camp activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
10. Agreement
By submitting registration and payment for Red Barn Farm, LLC Summer Camp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, including:
The no-refund policy after two (2) weeks from the date of payment,
The policy that transfers are permitted, and
The $25 fee for date changes, subject to availability.
